Reiki I Training is the first step in your journey to becoming a Reiki practitioner, focusing on self-healing and learning to channel energy to others. This hands-on course introduces you to the foundational principles of Reiki, teaching you how to connect with the universal life force energy and use it for healing and balance. In this training, you will learn: The basics of Reiki energy and how it flows through the body How to channel energy through your hands for physical and emotional healing Self-healing techniques to balance and align your own energy How to perform a full Reiki session on others, including hand placements The significance of intention, meditation, and stillness in the healing process Through the attunement process, you'll open your energy channels to access the flow of Reiki more effectively. Reiki I is designed for beginners, no prior experience or training is required. By the end of this course, you will feel more connected to your own energy, have a deeper understanding of Reiki, and be equipped to practice Reiki on yourself and others, bringing healing and balance to your life. All session are one on one This course requires two, 1hr30min sessions for teachings and one, 30 minute session for your final review and to receive your certification upon completing the training. When booking you'll only be scheduling your first session. The second and third will be set at your first appointment, to fit your availability and schedule.
